Sunday, August 19th—Sunday, September 16th

Thank you for joining us on this journey through 29 Days of Prayer. 29 days is significant in two ways—August 19th marks 29 years of ministry, as well as 29 days until the launch of our East Campus!

This is a time for us to stir our faith, praying God’s promises out over our lives. You can follow along by viewing our daily Instagram stories which feature a prayer point and corresponding scripture. You can also access this same content below.

Daily Prayer Points

DAY 1 / August 19

SEEK GOD FIRST THROUGH PRAYER

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:33

DAY 2 / August 20

THE ARMOR OF GOD

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Ephesians 6:11-13

DAY 3 / August 21

A LIFE OF WORSHIP

But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24

DAY 4 / August 22

HUNGER AND THIRST

How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young— a place near your altar, Lord Almighty, my King and my God. Blessed are those who dwell in your house; they are ever praising you. Psalm 84:1-4

DAY 5 / August 23

A CLEAN HEART

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Fill me with Your presence; taught, comforted, empowered, and led by Your Holy Spirit. Refocus me on the joy of Your salvation which restores me. Grant me a willing and obedient spirit to sustain me, then I will be effective and influential in turning others to You. Psalm 51:10

DAY 6 / August 24

A HEALTHY SOUL

He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Psalm 23:3

DAY 7 / August 25

WISDOM

Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. Proverbs 4:5-6

DAY 8 / August 26

HEALTH AND WHOLENESS

"Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. Jeremiah 33:6

DAY 9 / August 27

FINANCIAL NEEDS

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

DAY 10 / August 28

FAMILIES AND MARRIAGES

By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures. Proverbs 24:3-4

A HEART FOR THE LOST

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” Luke 19:10

Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:4

DAY 12 / August 30

UNITY

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:13-14

DAY 13 / August 31

JUSTICE

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8

DAY 14 / September 1

LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.” Luke 4:18-19

DAY 15 / September 2

REVIVAL

If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

DAY 16 / September 3

NEXT STEPS (Discipleship)

For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

DAY 17 / September 4

FREEDOM MINISTRY

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1

DAY 18 / September 5

SMALL GROUPS

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” Psalm 133:1

DAY 19 / September 6

OUR DREAM TEAM

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 4:10-11

Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning. Proverbs 9:9

DAY 23 / September 10

AREA CHURCHES

That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. John 17:21

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Hebrews 13:7

DAY 28 / September 15

OUR PASTORS

Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you. Hebrews 13:17

DAY 29 / September 16
