To check in your child, you may go to our assisted or express (key tag required) check-in areas in our main hallway. You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion. The parent dropping off/picking up will need to wear the matching tag. We ask the parents to wear the matching tag in a visible area so our security team can easily see the tag when entering a MBC Kids hallway.
At the end of the service, show your parent pick-up tag to the security personnel upon entrance into the MBC Kids hallway. You'll show it again to our MBC Kids Dream Team in your child’s classroom. Then your child will be released to you.
If you lose your parent tag, you will need to return to child check-in to obtain a reprint. A driver license is required for verification before any tag is reprinted.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s first name and identification code will appear on the screen in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and go to the classroom that you checked your child into. Be prepared to show your parent tag to security upon entering an MBC Kids hall.
